By analysing your existing documentation and interviewing those individuals currently involved in the HR processes a detailed picture is formed of the current state of affairs. A comprehensive range of issues from strategic to operational, and encompassing the whole HR lifecycle is considered and the results presented to you.
You will receive an action list of priorities that need to be addressed or, indeed, a clean bill of health. In either case, you will be able to develop an HR strategy from an informed position, allowing scheduling and budgetary accuracy.
This process typically takes a total of three days of time to conduct, but the timeframe over which those hours can be spread is determined by availability of documentation, schedules of interview subjects and other potential interventions.
As a guideline, in this instance the cost would be in the region of £3,000. However, this is open to negotiation depending on the size of the organisation, its level of complexity and the level of HR already in place.
