Evolution provides only accredited tests and administrators, holding the British Psychological Society’s Level A and Level B qualifications in psychometric testing.
We offer two types of tests: ability and personality.
We provide sensitive and constructive feedback, whilst tackling potential areas of difficulty, and retaining a pragmatic business-aware approach.
Ability Tests:
In simple terms, an ability test will measure an individual’s potential and can focus on specific or general abilities such as numerical, verbal or spatial.
Personality assessments:
Just as there are no “good” or “bad” personalities, personality assessments have no right or wrong answers. They measure preferences. The specific instrument used is Orpheus, which is a work-based measure along the following dimensions: Fellowship, Authority, Conformity, Emotion and Detail.
