“Tailored Projects”

“Tailored Projects” can be anything you want them to be within the people management arena. The list is endless, but examples we have worked on include designing and managing an appraisal system, management development programme, job design, putting into place a mentorship programme, and update and revision of documentation. Also, for example, any required work following an HR audit could become a “tailored project”.
The point is that these projects are particular to your organisation. You won’t be offered the same solutions as we have given to other companies. The projects are made to measure around your specific needs and requirements.
In larger companies, where Evolution augments the existing HR presence, we take on particular projects or initiatives and then step away when the work is completed. These “tailored projects” mean that the provision of in-house HR support is uninterrupted, but that your service to your employees can be continually enhanced.
“Tailored Projects” are variable in cost depending on the time, complexity and level of expertise required, but are based upon the hourly rates of our consultants. A meeting would be held with you to discuss the scope of the project and a detailed proposal setting down time and cost implications presented to you for agreement prior to commencement of any work.
The current hourly rates of our consultants range from £75 to £125. These are subject to annual review.
